The Pool of Tears. It is a sad place. All Wonderlanders know this, and tend to stay as far from the place as they can. The Pool of Tears is said to be a representation of all of Wonderland's grief and dismay. And at one time, it was smaller than a puddle. But now, ever since the Queen's takeover of Wonderland, it has grown many times its old size, and is now as big as a lake. The Pool itself is a deep blue, and even turqoise in the right light. The pool seems to go down forever, but even through the amazingly clear water, the bottom cannot be seen. Along the sides of the Pool is a thin sandy beach. On one side of the Pool there is a waterfall. It is said supposed to represent Wonderland crying. And what was once less than a trickle has become a rather large cascade of water. All around the Pool of Tears, passed its little beach, is a huge forest of tall mushrooms. This is another reason that nobody goes near the Pool of Tears. Anyone that goes in the mushroom forest, does not come out. Whether something gets them, or they simply get lost, it is not known. And right beside the Pool, resting against one of the thicker mushrooms, is a borderless mirror. The silver is peeled and cracking near the edges, but the center of the mirror is sparklingly clean and perfect. Both the Pool and the mirror act as portals to Wonderland. Which did you arrive from?
